Auction Item Requests

Due to the large volume of requests Derek Carr receives, we will review all auction item requests three months prior to the date of the event for which an item is being requested. A response will be sent either via letter or email regarding the status of all requests received, again, approximately three months prior to the date of the event.

We are only able to consider auction item requests from non-profit 501c3 organizations. All requests must be sent in writing on the requesting organization’s letterhead to Derek Carr.

Please do not send any items to be signed or they will be returned. Request letter should include the name of the event for which you are requesting an item, a brief description of the event, what money raised will go to, and also the date of the event and/or date by which autographed item must be received, and the number of items to be signed. In order to be considered, we also ask that you submit your request at least 3 months prior to your event.
